River Heights Case Study

A Heritage Home,
Reimagined.

How a strategic refresh—paint, floors, and trim—transformed a 1962 bungalow into a market-ready gem in just 12 days.

The Vision

Modern Function, Classic Charm

The goal was to update the home's dated interior to broaden its market appeal for a future sale. The clients wanted a bright, clean, and contemporary aesthetic that still respected the home's 1960s character.

We focused on high-impact changes that deliver the best return on investment: a full interior paint job, durable and stylish LVP flooring to replace worn carpet, and new, taller baseboards to create a more substantial, finished look.
